BETTER THAN BOOTCAMP

Combine traditional fitness moves, yoga, cardiovascular activity, games and more. This creates a fun, friendly and enthusiastic environment that creates the healthy lifestyle perfect for you. We work at your pace and use the group atmosphere to keep you motivated and engaged. The SWAT Team Fitness Experience is designed in a 4-week cycles. Each SWAT Team member will participate in a fitness assessment; weigh in, body measurements, BMI evaluation, and counseling session prior to the start of their first day at camp. During camp you will work on your STRENGTH, flexibility, cardiovascular improvement, WILLPOWER and more. This is WAY BETTER THAN BOOTCAMP!

 

STROLLING WITH MOMMY

Bring the little one in a stroller and join us for a fun fitness class to get your pre-baby body back! We will use cardio, strength training, and the motivating smiles of your baby to help you achieve your fitness goals.  CLASSES ARE HELD AT LAKESIDE MALL.

 

SUNSET YOGA

This class creates an atmosphere where each student finds her own way. Newcomers are welcome and we will help you grow in the practice. We can accommodate the complete beginner through to students with greater proficiency and experience. Promoting the importance of staying in the moment and exploring yoga from the inside out. And watching the sunset while we do it.

 

 

PRIVATE TRAINING- AT WORK OR HOME

We offer private training in 45 or 60 minute sessions. We can focus on your individual needs and help you achieve your fitness goals. Yoga, Fitness, Cardio and more, we can help get you in shape and build your way to better health. The pace will be your own to help you triumph over your fitness challenges.

 

NUTRITIONAL SHOPPING

Have you ever wanted someone to take you to the market and help you find the things you should be eating? We will work with you to discuss your exercise and eating plan and help you pick out items that are good for you. We will even assist with some meal plans and a shopping list. Clean eating, gluten free eating, all organic...no problem. Or, if you just want a little advice on what you can do better with your diet, WE CAN HELP! Sign up now and enjoy a 30 or 60 minute trip to the market or grocery to find out how you can improve your nutrition.


ONLINE NUTRITION

Complete balanced nutrition for better health. You can journal and plan your nutrition online. The system shows you how to correct deficiencies in your mealplans, makes suggestions using your favorite foods. You can also access the top mealplans created by other users on the system to help simplify your meal planning. Your personal trainer can also view your mealplans and work with you individually if you need a little extra support.

 

HEALTHY COOKING

This class is available to groups of 4-6 people. We will custom design a healthy cooking class for you. Want to learn about vegetarian cooking, or healthy ethnic foods? Are you trying to redesign some homestyle favorites? Or do you just want to spice up your cooking but keep it healthy? Learn with your friends and get the recipes and experience to make new and exciting dishes at home that won't hurt your waistline. Classes are held  by request.
